Five Crowns Capital is a multi-strategy, middle market private investment firm focused on buyouts of mature and growing companies, as well as businesses in transition or situations requiring a level of complexity. Our strategy differs from most private investment firms because of its speed, creativity, and flexibility to get deals closed.

Most private equity firms are highly motivated by the volume of transactions they close and the amount of capital assets under management (AUM). This AUM motivation incentivizes the average PE firm to do cookie-cutter deals and not listen to your unique story. At Five Crowns Capital, our financial incentives, culture, and investment approach more closely align with our investment companies and allow us to take the time to understand and underwrite complex and more exciting situations.
